In order to do this, DMV has decided to also look at its various business processes to ensure they are being conducted in the best manner possible. The attached PSO is for Business Process Engineer(s) to assist in this effort. Skills required: • Extensive Business Process Analysis, Automation, Workflow, and Reengineering experience. • Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of industry specific needs of the customer. • Expertise in strategic planning, change management, project management and tactical execution. • Possesses knowledge and experience leveraging both IT solutions and business process improvements. • Possesses expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as, an understanding of the IT organizations systems and capabilities. • Understands the need to avoid optimizing one particular business segment/solution at the risk of sub-optimizing upstream/downstream business units, customers or solutions. • Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units to enhance customer service. • Experience with working on multi-million dollar technology implementation projects. • Highly experienced negotiation and presentation skills. • Able to function independently with minimal direction / guidance. • Fundamentals of process mapping experience. (i.e 6-sigma, LEAN, etc. ) Additional requirements: • Proven integrity, ethics, reliability and professionalism • Experience in the proper management of PII • Demonstrated standards compliance • Excellent communication skills with proven success in interacting with all levels of staff • Demonstrated ability to train staff in new procedures and follow up to ensure learning is taking place and new processes are replacing outdated ones. • Demonstrated adaptability and innovation in overcoming technical roadblocks • Project management knowledge; PMP or CBPP certified preferable. • Strong background in the day-to-day operations of the Division of Motor Vehicles; including Driver Services, Registration and Title Services, Commercial Vehicle services including Dealer Operations, and POE operations.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
