Hardware will include PC monitors, desktop, laptops, servers, docking station, monitor stands and other equipment that we are required to recycle per Fiserv standards. Responsibilities: Under general supervision, perform the following tasks: 1. Basic troubleshooting to ensure devices will power up. 2. PC skills required in using a boot CD to boot PCs/laptops/servers and executing a DOD “wipe disk” command. 3. Using Chain of Custody form, accurately record all make, model, and serial numbers of assets being disposed of. 4. Wiping of Blackberry devices of all data and preparing shipment to Corporate Mobility group. 5. In event of failed computer hard disk drives, use a drill to punch holes through hard drive platters, rendering then inoperable. 6. Ability to lift 60 lbs. 7. Other duties as assigned.
