Rate Card Title from the Rate Card posted on COMMBUYS: Technical Trainer Position Summary: The training resource will be responsible for developing a training plan, a training curriculum, and delivering the training for the Early Education and Care BRC Navigator software application for four audiences: EEC Regional Field Office Personnel, EEC Programs (e.g. Day Care Centers, Adoption and Foster Agencies, and Residential and Placement programs), and Applicants. The software application has an applicant portal, program portal, and field office portal as well as an applicant screening and review module. Different training tracks will need to be developed for each. Will need to use a web based approach, video (e.g. YouTube), etc. and written, published content. Preferred Qualifications: • Self-starter who knows their way around web and business applications. • Proven experience with technical documentation. • Proven, demonstrable experience developing software training plans, curriculum, and training delivery (face to face, webex). • Need to have web based, video (e.g. youtube) and written, technical content experience. • Ability to speak to and train a diverse, multi-faceted audience (Applicants, Programs, Employees).   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
