The delivery of these programs is based on best practice methodologies for project and program management through the lifecycle for initiation to closure. This positions will interact at all levels, including agency and IT executives, and will manage and provide leadership for a project team responsible for adherence to processes within the Enterprise Program Office, Enterprise Architecture, Business Integration, Enterprise Security and Risk Management; and Service Delivery. The selected candidate will have overall responsibility for activities within the programs portfolio including strategic planning, forecasting, project prioritization, resource allocation, and budgeting.
