PM must produce these deliverables: • Annual Project Report to US Department of Education (USED) • Monthly Project Status report to USED • Monthly conference call with USED personnel • Monthly briefing to the P20W Council on project status • Monthly Project Financial Summary meeting • Leading all partner sectors and vendors in planning grant through completion • Identifying, tracking and managing grant budget • Proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders • Identifying, managing, resolving and mitigating project issues and risks • Ensuring the solution is of acceptable quality • Proactively managing scope to ensure only what was agreed is delivered, unless changes are approved Required Skills: • Proven track record managing complex IT projects funded through federal grants with knowledge and ability to submit all required deliverables, including a no cost extension to complete deliverables outlined in three-year USED grant • Solid MS Project experience • Understanding of business intelligence best practices/tools • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to tailor communications as appropriate to effectively communicate with different audiences • Strong problem solving skills - resourcefulness in developing practical, workable solutions • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities Desired Skills: • Prior experience with G5 - Grants Administration System and Grantee Records and Assistance Database System (GRADS360) • Experience working with education entities in State government setting   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
