These two systems will be involved in the receiving, inspection and invoice payment process for all goods contract purchases. Reports from the system will drive inspection worknow in the BQA Inspection System. Analysis of these reports along with troubleshooting system errors arising from data inconsistencies will be key to successful performance in this responsibility. Additionally, the Consultant will be charged with ensuring and acquiring complete purchase order and inspection data if it is missing in the respective systems. Reports reconciling, and prioritizing procurement and inspection data will also be a key responsibility of this Consultant. This role will ensure all items requiring inspection are assigned to BQA inspectors and enable the Inspection system to serve as the central repository for all inspection assignments and results. Data then transferred and then will be required data for payments to be made. Consultant will be responsible for understanding standard accounting processes and general procurement system functionality. Additionally, consultant will be expected to track daily receipt data imported into Inspection System, along with driving additional data collection not currently housed in systems, in this working with both internal business end users and technical support . MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Must have experience in reporting, querying and reconciliation in Excel, Access and/or SQL. Experience in system implementations, integrations, and the change management associated. DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Technical experience in Microsoft Dynamics and electronic procurement systems.
