Scope includes, but is not limited to, the monitoring of CPU utilization, Swap space, memory utilization, disk space utilization, system logs, database growth, memory buffers, transaction logs, SAP buffers, update terminations, lock entries, background jobs, system availability, ABAP dumps, response times, etc. Documentation: Create technical operations procedures guides that effectively document all areas of the SAP technical landscape to ensure consistent maintenance and support.
