Explains tests, procedures and results to appropriate individuals according to guidelines. • Provides risk reduction or behavioral counseling to individuals or groups for the purpose of reducing the risk of acquiring or transmitting a communicable disease. Determines and advises individuals of the best means of reducing risk. Prioritizes and conducts tasks based on importance, urgency and other scheduled activities.
