SOAHwill pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s). We need a candidate with asp classic coding and development knowledge. Asp .net is different, although a good candidate can be backward compatible with syntax differences. Task: These are older webpages and data query reporting scripts in an end of life Windows 2003 web server environment. In our new 2008 server environment the classic asp scripts are not working. These scripts query a database (lotus notes) for data, and report the data on our website. If the candidate has the knowledge and ability to port this code to asp .net, to make it run on new web servers, great. We are under a mild time constraint though. A good developer should have this whole project wrapped up in a week or two, pending any unforeseen issues that need addressed. We allotted for more time to compensate for this. Once this job is completed we may have other tasks for the programmer/developer to complete.
