Essential Job Responsibilities: • Accountable for successful execution of assigned projects. • Identify required resources and tasks. • Facilitate the development of project scopes. • Provide leadership and direction throughout the life of the project. • Report regularly on project status to all on Communication Plan. • Strict adherence to change management procedures and policies • Administrative responsibilities include: weekly status reporting, project plan administration, issue tracking, maintain project documents. • Meet regularly with the PMO manager and Sponsor to review issues, risks, actions and milestones. • Monitor resource constraints or other barriers that may impact the critical path of the project and develop appropriate contingency plans. • Promptly and judiciously recap project meetings and plans. • Complete other tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications: Education: 4 year college degree is preferred. Related work experience can be substituted for educational requirements. Job Related Experience: 2-3 years project management experience. 5+ years experience in a large, matrix business environment. Additional Requirements: • Strong project management experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Decision-making and problem-solving ability • Proficiency in PC (spreadsheet and word processing) usage • Basic understanding of computer networking concepts, i.e. TCP/IP, VoIP, etc. Preferred Qualifications: • 2+ years in the Credit Union industry. • Understanding of technical interface issues and computer technology. • Visio experience, MS Project and/or @Task experience. • Business process management experience. • PMI and/or Six Sigma certification is a major plus. • Knowledge of the financial industry and operational functions.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
