They all have their own independent URLs and Word press instances and will reside on state servers. We are looking for a vendor to provide ongoing maintenance, occasional enhancements or new features, and helpdesk support for the next five years. Using the attached cost sheet, we want each bidding vendor to give us a price for what their monthly maintenance charge would be and what their hourly rate would be for additional services. Maintenance The MAINTENANCE portion of this agreement will be a standard serviceprovided to each of our 8 sites, every month, and will include the following requirements: 1. Critical Wordpress updates will be tested and installed immediately after manufacturer releases. 2. DTS performs vulnerability scans on each site once per month. Any identified weaknesses should be addressed within five business days unless otherwise specified by DTS. 3. Mobility testing. Verify responsiveness and scalability of the site on multiple operating systems and hardware platforms. 4. Accessibility review. Improve the overall usability for people with disabilities. 5. Plugins and CMS core updates. Vendor will maintain all 8 sites with the most current releases of third party plugins and systems. Updates will be tested on the test version of the sites and validated by the business prior to being deployed to the production environment. 6. Any updates made to the site should include documentation stating what was done. 7. Database optimization. 8. Site performance optimization for fast page loading. 9. Up to four hours of helpdesk support per month. Vendor will respond to all helpdesk requests within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends, via email or phone with a confirmation that the question was received.
