HQ, and will be part of a team focused on maturing programs that identify, create, and facilitate strategic service delivery activities, specifically those focused on our digital security transformation objectives. This person will be highly collaborative and create synergies and alignment among other Reporting, Awareness, and Delivery teams (cybersecurity training, awareness, partner management) as well across the Digital Security Organization (DSO). The ideal candidate will have a robust capability for both analytical and tactical skills that combine their pension for both analyst and project management skillsets. These capabilities include the ability to suggest and produce in-depth strategic and operational changes through the development of process development programs. Developing these programs could consist of the collection, monitoring, and studying of business data to create custom reports that help control costs, identify process slowdowns and ensure compliance with industry standards. Also, we need someone who can look at existing business processes and make specific recommendations about what data needs tracking and how it can be used to improve operations. Above and beyond this practice will be the ability to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of various projects or work assignments. A firm handle on time management is necessary to balance project activities and the administration of multiple projects at once. You will work closely with upper management and stakeholders to make sure that the scope and direction of each project are on schedule, as well as other departments for support. Being able to work alone or overseeing a team toward getting the job done is essential. Additionally, you are super creative and able to analyze the best direction to accomplish a given objective.
