The System Analyst serves as the ScrumMaster (heavy usage of Monday.com and/or JIRA tool) on campaign finance related projects and coordinates with the PMOs Project Manager for artifacts/documentation needed on State of Michigan projects. This position has on-site/in person workdays of Tuesday/Wednesday (no exceptions). The ideal candidate will live within one hour of Lansing, MI. The System Analyst is responsible for working with the project team and stakeholders to examine existing and future-state business processes, data, and systems. This information is used to guide the gathering of business requirements as they relate to the desired system functionality. This position includes creating test plans with the business area, and ensuring repeatable processes are in place beyond the lifecycle of the current project.
