Mandatory Experience and Qualifications: 1. Licensed to perform work in the State of Washington. 2. Candidate(s) proposed must be available to work on-site in in Olympia, WA for the initial engagement and for all future engagements (if any) throughout the term of the Work Order. 3. Candidate(s) proposed for the initial engagement and all future engagements (if any) must possess a minimum of 5 years successful experience in .NET based application and integration analysis, design and development using C#. Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications : 1. Knowledge and experience with software development lifecycles and associated deliverables. 2. Ability to adapt to other development processes & procedures. 3. Experience with the best practices and use of application, database, platform, integration, network, and security technologies. 4. Experience with building secured web applications. 5. Experience in developing technical specifications for system changes and improvements. 6. Experience designing, developing and deploying n-tier applications using Microsoft and related technologies (Visual Studio .Net 2010, XML, SOAP, HTML/DHTML, ASP.Net, ADO.NET Entity Framework, .NET Framework 4.0, WCF, WPF, WF, Windows desktop and server os, IIS, Transact SQL, SQL Server databases, SharePoint, BizTalk, IBM WebSphere MQ). 7. Experience with Microsoft Project, the Microsoft Office Suite, UML and other tools used for designing and documenting applications. 8. Experience with application integration across various platforms (e.g. mainframe, server, internet, etc.). 9. Experience with integration architectures, reference application architectures, component based design, object-oriented design and design patterns. 10. Experience in the design, development, implementation and consumption of application services within a service oriented architecture. 11. Experience in trouble shooting and performance tuning n-tier .NET applications. 12. Demonstrated experience with problem solving and analytic skills to resolve problems in the assigned systems. This will require skill with: Visio, for flowcharting; Word, for generating documentation and proposals; Excel, for analysis of numeric issues and Access for query and extraction of data. 13. Ability to work in a strong team oriented environment. 14. Ability to work directly and indirectly with other team members. 15.
