WSDOT is currently defining system requirements and preparing to initiate a procurement in the Fall of 2016 to select a new CSC BOS. The purpose of this Work Request is to obtain the services of one or more independent verification & validation (IV&V) Quality Assurance consultants to perform independent verification and validation services for the CSC BOS project beginning with the pre-implementation planning and procurement phase and continuing through system implementation and initial production support. *Required Skills: *A bachelors degree in information technology/computer science or minimum 8 years experience in Information Technology *Minimum of three (3) years of experience in performing IV&V, QA and/or independent project oversight services for enterprise system implementations as defined in Appendix 1 *Advanced knowledge of MS Project *Minimum of seven (7) years of total experience inclusive of pre-implementation planning, system implementation, IV&V, QA or independent project oversight for enterprise systems as defined in Appendix 1 . *Minimum of eight (8) years of experience managing pre-implementation planning, system implementation, IV&V or independent project oversight on enterprise systems projects as defined in Appendix 1 (requirement for Vendors proposed Project Manager) *Desired Skills: *Minimum of two (2) years of experience with pre-implementation planning, system implementation, IV&V, QA or independent project oversight for tolling customer service center systems *Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing an IV&V engagement for an enterprise system as defined in Appendix 1 *A valid project management certificate issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI) *Knowledge of WA State OCIO Information Technology Quality Assurance standards, policies and guidelines *QA of Government IT projects focused on integration of disparate information systems   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
