The ideal candidate will have experience architecting complex Cloud solutions in technologies such as Azure and/or Office 365. We are looking for candidates with a strong knowledge in Cloud, Infrastructure and Exchange. You must be able to articulate pros and cons of architecture and design decisions across enterprise platforms. Responsibilities Overview • Responsible for leadership and delivery of project based assignments that encompass system architecture, proof-of-concept and deployment services. • Responsible for managing smaller projects or segments of larger projects. Has moderate to heavy contact with middle and senior level executives. • Facilitate and lead client configuration planning meetings for specific technology projects. • Conduct thorough gap assessments of design plans and the current infrastructure. • Design processes that enable the consumers of the messaging service to have an excellent user experience. • Using industry best practices as guidance, produce process design to achieve successful messaging system migrations. • Lead build out of the process environment, including implementation of any necessary software utilities. • Test process environment. • Modify process design or process environment as dictated by process testing. • Perform final testing and validation of process and process environment. • Migrate email and calendar items of Exchange accounts to Office 365. • Discovery of the existing Active Directory, hardware, and Exchange environment. • Produce planning and migration documents for client executives and project managers. • Migrate or transition the existing active directory and/or messaging infrastructure after hours or on weekends. • Perform monitoring and testing of the new environment using PowerShell and/or System Center Operations Manager or other monitoring software. • Provide level three support and train existing technical support staff as the Subject Matter Expert (SME.) • Provide leadership within the scope of your technical work as an SME. Qualifications: • Must know: Windows Server 200X, Active Directory, DNS, Backup/Storage and Virtualization • 5 years experience with Microsoft Windows Server 200X • 5 years experience working in Active Directory, DNS, Networking and Domain Infrastructures • 5 or more years experience administering or consulting in Microsoft Exchange 200X environments. • Experience in other messaging solutions such as anti-virus/anti-spam appliances and or applications, archiving solutions, mobility solutions or real-time collaboration solutions. • Proven design, planning and implementation experience with Office 365. • Strong experience with Migration and Hybrid Migration with Office 365. • Proven design, planning and implementation experience with Microsoft Exchange /2013 and Active Directory. • Experience working with PowerShell scripting. • Strong understanding of network concepts including TCP/IP sub netting, routing, SMTP protocol, DNS, DHCP, etc. • Design, planning and implementation experience with Windows Server technologies a plus. • Experience working in multi-platform networked, load balanced, and clustered technologies. • Strong communication skills and the poise to work with and support senior managers. • Technical documentation experience • Presentation skills and experience • Knowledge of MS Office tools used in the practice of architecture such as V   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
