KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide technical leadership in all aspects of the application development process, including analysis, requirements, design, development, testing and deployment - Facilitate technical discussions with clients and other stakeholders - Create architectural designs of a complete product - Document, review and present architectural designs - Provide technical guidance, support and best practice leadership for the development of tools and technologies on the SharePoint 2010 platform - Establish technical procedures, guidelines & templates for a variety of deployment scenarios - Work with a variety of IT stakeholders to analyze the current architecture and provide implementation plans for upgrade and future deployment - Perform assessments and audits of clients existing SharePoint environments - Review and ensure quality of technical deliverables - Develop task lists and estimates for detailed project plans - Evaluate/recommend SharePoint related 3rd party tools/technologies QUALIFICATIONS - 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications - 4+ years of experience with SharePoint technologies in a variety of business environments - Demonstrated ability to design logical and conceptual models for SharePoint 2010 architectures - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and processes into effective SharePoint solutions - Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, development and unit testing - Strong knowledge of application development methodologies including various iterative and waterfall methodologies - Self-starter and able to work independently - Strong leadership and mentoring skills - Able to project a high degree of confidence when working with clients and other stakeholders - Excellent communication skills SOFTWARE TOOLS AND LANGUAGES MUST have: - C# - ADO.Net - ASP.Net - JavaScript - AJAX - Visual Studio .Net 2008 - Windows Workflow Foundation - SQL Server Enterprise 2008 - SQL Server Reporting Services 2008 - SQL Server Analysis Services (SSIS) 2008 - Web Services - SharePoint Server Enterprise 2010 - SharePoint Designer 2010 - MS Office InfoPath 2010 - MS Office 2010 Nice to have: - Silverlight - VB.Net - SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
