Analysis and Requirements for Changes in State Taxes
Testing that system meets new state requirements

Overview:
Our Client uses ADP for payroll tax compliance and for all the employees across all states there is payroll tax changes that have to be implemented in the HR payroll system. As such, the Peoplesoft payroll tax consultant will receive the state tax changes from ADP and proceed to work with our clients payroll team lead to implement all state tax changes. Analyze, write up requirements for modification and work with development to communicate the changes and follow up with testing of the changes. There will be 3 “practice runs” during the remaining 6 months of this year with final testing to be completed by New Years and go live on Jan 4th 2012 with W2s being produced for all employees.
