Identify necessary data sources; perform collection and reporting of data from multiple sources Digital Analytics & Optimization Primary Responsibilities: Manage a team of digital analytics analysts and develop business intelligence reporting solutions Drive the reporting, analytics, and insights generation for key business stakeholders Manage and prioritize a diverse array of projects across several products and lines of business Evangelize the value of digital analytics to increase the use and reliance on it for existing product optimization, new product development, and digital project portfolio ROI Day to Day Functions: Co-create digital analytics learning plans that align to organization KPIs and business cases. Partner with business stakeholders and deliver actionable insights and recommendations. Develop dashboards and regular reports and analysis of key metrics related to various digital efforts. Identify necessary data sources; perform collection and reporting of data from multiple sources Perform regular site and product tag audits and provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a quantitative field 7+ years of experience in enabling and delivering digital analytics 3+ years of experience leading a team of digital analytics resources Experience developing and executing learning plans that increase digital analytics maturity Expert knowledge of Adobe suite of web analytics tools (Analytics, Target, Experience Manager, Audience Manager, DTM, Launch, or Google Suite of Analytics products) Experience with developing reporting within BI platforms Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
