Job Description Engineer: AES, Project Management, Resource Management, CCIE Cisco WAN LAN DNS

Investigate and diagnose faultIdentify and coordinate resolution of conflicts. Confirm impact of fault (single / multi user impact)Maintain and operate custom monitoring toolsets. Provide fault resolution Troubleshoot escalated problems (WAN / LAN/caching / proxy, DNS / DHCP, strong authentication etc.)Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team Open & confirm approval of Change Request where needed Perform testing after change Contact onsite support / vendor when needed Communicate status updates as needed. Assign ticket back to ticket owner after resolution.Submit Emergency Change Requests in Tools for all unplanned configuration changes. Provide ad hoc statistical reportsProvide scheduled statistical reports (e.g. # of events, trending analysis, etc.Provide inputs to Architecture design with an aim to make network more self suffcient & optimal.? Provide Tier 3 operational support and incident resolution for technology/ies of focus. Problem management - diagnosis, root-cause elimination activity , escalation, tracking and permanent resolution of complex incidentsMaintain a high level of knowledge on the deployment of technologies. Demonstrate ability to take ownership, be accountable and build loyalty in order to deliver service excellenceResponsible for ongoing governance of technical integrity and capacity management of systems? Update standards documentation as necessary? Perform detailed analysis on network and systems facilities? Focus on innovation & continued improvement in cost and quality of the technology services? CCIE - preferred, or Cisco hands on experience and could be tagged as expert resource a high level C. Problem Solving & Escalation Management? Technology Troubleshooting. Continuous Improvement? Infrastructure Operations? Cost Management? Operational Excellence? Operations Management? Project Management? Resource Management? Delivery Methods? Delivery Tools? Deploy Solution? Additional Job Details: Several years experience is a plus in contact center telephony, with predominant focus on Avaya contact center technlogies. In-depth familiarization with he following areas is required - Aura Communication Manager, AES, S87XX, CMS Supervisor, Modular Messaging, ATT Routlet, ATT Business Direct. AES Server maintenance and troubleshooting relating to connectivity to PBX and other equipment including Verint, CTI and ICM Knowledge of ICM where it relates to call routing and PBX / CMS connectivity VOIP Support of CLANs, Medpro boards Accountabilities: Respond to user trouble tickets related to call center within service levels. Assist business lines in determining the most effective use of call center routing; build new routing plans and support implementation of new related initiatives through IMACD process. Build Toll Free number routing plans and terminations in ATT RouteIt application as well as manage call control routing of Toll Free numbers across enterprise through ATT Business Direct. Build, test and support of Call Center Disaster Recovery plans Provide support to all IP phones, IP softphones and vpn phones Manage installation and maintenance of Avaya ACD hardware and software. Coordination/monitoring of vendor maintenance requests and activities. Maintain user profiles for CMS Supervisor as well as provide training and support to CMS Supervisor users. Coach junior and standard Telecom analysts Perform VAL manager backups of all announcements, record and export announcements when requested. Work with communications carriers and technicians to resolve carrier problems. Provide high level technical support for Analysts as needed Daily health checks on all call center related systems ; monthly backups to CMS and verification of scheduled archiving jobs.
