The CLIENT is working toward a procurement to replace the current AFIS and is seeking an AFIS consulting firm with State Identification Bureau level AFIS upgrade or replacement project consulting and project management experience to assist with the project. The Vendor will assist the CLIENT by evaluating the current CLIENT AFIS and providing expert advice on current industry technologies and best practices, assisting with the creation of necessary procurement documents including, but not limited to, a Request for Proposal (RFP), business and technical requirements, and statement of work documents. The Vendor will assistthe CLIENT during contract and technical discussions with the AFIS vendor.
