This is a 6 Month contract position and the pay rate is flexible depending on experience. Here are the details: Position: Agile Coach Location: Merrimack, NH Rate: Flexible depending on experience Duration: 6 Month Contract Position Description: The Agile Coach has a passion and knowledge around leading the Agile transformation initiatives As a Lean-Agile transformation expert, youll be sharing your knowledge and experience on how to improve the performance of dev teams, business processes and ALM / Devops tools in enterprise organization. Youll be responsible for expanding Agile awareness, as well as developing and launching Agile transformation Devops and ALM migration programs. This may include executive level consulting, program level engagement and team level training, coaching and mentoring. As an expert from the Agile industry and with the technology experience, youll advise, coach, guide and inspire through lean agile practices and principals. Youll work with the Program Engagement Manager to plan engagements with the business units. Youll be responsible for satisfying business clients, and giving them the information, advice, knowledge, tools, techniques and networks to create lasting change and sustainable transformation. What Youll Be Doing Demonstrating superior knowledge, competency, and in-depth field experience in adopting Lean-Agile practices in the enterprise Lead the Agile engagement with the business units Lay a framework for communication and establish a standard for engagement Be an agile practices leader Define metrics of measuring adoption and success Up to 20% travel may be required, depending on location. Skills and Experience 10 years of consultancy experience in providing agile services to different partners 10 years of planning and prioritizing work requests from various partners with different levels of maturity Experienced in leading organizations through transformation projects 5+ years generating SOW style engagement contracts Clear communications and the ability to present roadmap of Agile transformation 5+ years of Experience in using Atlassian or other ALM tools for Work planning using scrum, Kanban or Scaled agile framework 5+ years of Portfolio management using Scaled Agile model and implementation Trained and used JIRA/Stash Scrum certified Highly collaborative working style with experience in working in a fast-paced, highly effective and international team Excellent writing, teaching, presentation and communication skills Ability to be a servant leader and demonstrated skills in scrum approach Other certifications such as CSP, CSM, CSPO, PMI/ACP, PSM, PMP, SA, SPC etc. a plus Required Skills: Must have Agile Coaching experience at the Portfolio level Scrum Certified Desired Skills: Previous financial industry experience Other certifications such as CSP, CSM, CSPO, PMI/ACP, PSM, PMP, SA, SPC etc. a plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
