Previous consulting experience ( preferred but not necessary ) · Responsibilities Develop standards and procedures for measuring product quality and release readiness. Document Process Flows using Visio , Develop Training material Create Compliance Checklists and Assist in evaluating Test Process Maturity Develop Metrics and Measurements to monitor Effectiveness and Efficiency across the Test Lifecycle. Establish benchmark/ thresholds, monitoring trends and develop Root Cause Analysis reports.
