The applicant must have three to five years experience with APEX and should have an equivalent amount of experience with structured query language (SQL) and procedural language extensions for SQL (PL/SQL). The client intends to manage the project using the Agile Scrum Methodology. The applicant should have experience in an Agile Scrum environment or demonstrate an academic knowledge of the methodology. In addition, the applicant will be expected to work closely and in partnership with OED Information Technology staff throughout the development process. The goal is a complete knowledge transfer of the use of the APEX environment and the coding techniques and practices used in the development of this program. This will allow the client to perform maintenance on the application after deployment.
