This PAQ project is to perform analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of this functionality in the FAMIS application. The project will require complete and comprehensive analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of the Ticket to Work Health Assurance Premium Paid business requirements, business processes, and system functionality. The project will include but is not limited to the following tasks related to this new functionality: analysis, design, development and testing of new and existing application components, modifications of the FAMIS application to include any new and/or existing business processes, modification of FAMIS to include new and/or existing interfaces, modification of FAMIS to include new and/or existing web and mainframe modifications, modification of FAMIS to include new and/or existing batch jobs, modification of FAMIS to include new and existing extracts and/or reports, modification of FAMIS to include new and/or existing forms and notices, and modification of FAMIS to include new and/or existing data model changes. This project is currently expected to be completed by 2/15/2014. The project will be developed as part of the Family Assistance Management Information System (FAMIS) as defined by the Department of Social Services, pending availability of funds. PROJECT APPROACH AND SCOPE OF WORK: This firm fixed price deliverable PAQ is being requested under Statewide Information Technology (IT) Consulting Services Contract. The PAQ response must include a firm, fixed price for each payment milestone and a draft project plan that presents a timeline that includes identifying when State resources will be needed for each of the milestones being completed during this engagement. A finalized detailed project development plan is expected within two (2) weeks of a mutually signed PAQ. The FAMIS technical environment consists of COBOL, ASP, WEBAWARE, Advantage: Gen/Cool:Gen in a CICS/DB2 mainframe environment. On-site consultants shall observe Missouri State holidays.
