Client currently seeks an N-tier .Net Technical Architect to join our team in Albany, New York.

Resume Due Date: 2/26/2019

Tasks include:
Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 or higher and write code using MVC Architecture, .Net, JavaScript, Angular, Ajax, HTML, XML and WCF.
Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert and migrate data when necessary.
Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports.
Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations.
Use a source code repository, such as Tortoise SVN or Visual SVN, or TFS for checking source code in and out, and branching off new versions of the source code.
Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application, as well as request services from other ITS groups.

Mandatory Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a technical expert centered around a technology, technologies or a portfolio of applications- Designing and implementing Information Technology solutions; Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
84 months Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain complex applications in C# and/or ASP.NET for n-tier web deployment.

Requested Qualifications:
84 months Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
84 months Demonstrated experience with Oracle: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc., including the use of a tool to write and test SQL code and manipulate data.
84 Months Demonstrated experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), message processing, and an Enterprise Service Bus.
84 Months Demonstrated experience interpreting and analyzing complex business requirements and building the logic within an applications code to meet those requirements.
84 Months Demonstrated experience in n-tier application development in Visual Basic 6, COM+, RDS, and OLE automation with Microsoft Word.
72 Months Demonstrated work experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
72 Months Demonstrated experience developing InstallShield packages to distribute client software
48 months Demonstrated experience designing Crystal Reports and invoking them from VB6 and .NET applications.

Must-Have Primary Skill:
5 Years of expert level experience as a Developer-Microsoft-.NET-C#
