Description

The Application Support Rep Associate is a versatile and highly motivated individual who supplies front line technical support and customer service.

· As an Application Support Rep Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical and developer support for production issues.

· Being a vital part of the Production Support team involves working on highly complex systems and providing general technology support services, ensuring overall customer satisfaction and total resolution of each support incident.

· In this permanent/direct-hire opportunity, you will use your C#, ASP.NET and SQL (query and stored procedures) skills to find the root cause of problems, and fix them.

· You will also produce enhancements to SSIS reports.

· You will work closely with the development team initially and will grow to work more individually on problems/resolutions..

Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Create tickets, monitor helpdesk queues and resolve tickets. Monitor production application alerts. Provide general application support like troubleshooting application issues, file transfer issues, recycling scheduled agents, resolving web server issues, resolving application server issues. Activities performed also include: performance tuning, problem resolution, systems analysis, application programming, testing and post implementation support. Provides technical applications support to customers, answering questions on function and usage of product. Handle client calls and issues involving moderately complex technical issues.
2. Develop and support DotNet Applications. Write and Execute SQL Queries. Work, support and build SSRS reports. Resolution of complex software application issues require a broad range of troubleshooting skills related to: .NET software functionality, application server setup, database management, data analysis and SSRS reports.
3. Create and maintain knowledgebase of solutions. Collaborate extensively with peers to resolve client issues while actively contributing to a growing knowledge network that improves the effectiveness of our team and the information available to our clients. Conducts system evaluation to determine client workflows, documents, and procedures to verify proper product usage.
4. Knowledge Transition from Development Team. Knowledge Transition on specific applications areas covering functional, technical and work process and environment.
5. Performs other duties as required
