Essential Job Responsibilities: 1. Create tickets, monitor helpdesk queues and resolve tickets. Monitor production application alerts. Provide general application support like troubleshooting application issues, file transfer issues, recycling scheduled agents, resolving web server issues, resolving application server issues. Activities performed also include: performance tuning, problem resolution, systems analysis, application programming, testing and post implementation support. Provides technical applications support to customers, answering questions on function and usage of product. Handle client calls and issues involving moderately complex technical issues. 2. Develop and support DotNet Applications. Write and Execute SQL Queries. Work, support and build SSRS reports. Resolution of complex software application issues require a broad range of troubleshooting skills related to: .NET software functionality, application server setup, database management, data analysis and SSRS reports. 3. Create and maintain knowledgebase of solutions. Collaborate extensively with peers to resolve client issues while actively contributing to a growing knowledge network that improves the effectiveness of our team and the information available to our clients. Conducts system evaluation to determine client workflows, documents, and procedures to verify proper product usage. 4. Knowledge Transition from Development Team.
