Job Description Architect: Full Stack Developer, ASP.NET, VB.Net, C# Azure DevOps Oracle PLSQL Application

Description :

This is a position needed for the development and support of critical priority applications in the Division of Employment and Training and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Candidates will play an integral role on self directed work teams in support of high priority development projects.Project work will include: application architecture design and development, integration with 3rd party software, data conversion, new development and modifications to existing code. Successful candidates will have demonstrated success in designing, creating, and maintaining web services, system integration, web development, highly complex online transaction processing (OLTP) and batch application systems, and Agile Scrum development methodology.

Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:
1. 8 years of experience as a Microsoft full-stack developer is required.
2. 5 years providing architectural oversight for development of new or enhanced software products is required.
3. 5 years providing system, technical, applications architectures to and the mentoring of developers and development teams is required.
4. Previous work experience in government, insurance, accounting, case management, or work programs is required.

Nice to Have Skills:
1. The successful candidate should be highly technically competent, a consistently high producer, a good communicator, and an overall team player
2. Prior experience as a developer in a large IT shop
3. Prior experience leading/participating in Microsoft full-stack development teams
4. Managing/working with multiple concurrent projects and project teams
5. Experience working in a Google Cloud or Microsoft Cloud development environment is preferred
