Position responsibilities and capabilities include: • Proficient in developing and maintaining .NET • Ability to produce technical requirements based on the analysis of business requirements • Work independently in software analysis, design and development; and, work as part of a team to design and write specific sections of program • Adapting a program to new requirements as necessary and devising possible solutions to anticipated problems • Capable of communicating clearly with business users, project manager and technical team • Plan and execute unit and assembly testing for all elements of program design • Support system and user acceptance testing as well as the implementation of the program into production • Updating, repairing, modifying and developing existing software and applications • Development in an object oriented programming language (i.e., C#, Java) Required Knowledge/Skils (Excellent organization skills, etc.) and IT Skills (ex. Programming skills with Java, Cobol, etc.) Programming: C#, SQL / SQL PLUS, VBScript, VB.NET , XML/XSLT, JavaScript,DHTML, MVC, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, MS Access Business: Quality Assurance, Software Development, Evaluate Requirements Testing Tools: Microsoft Test Manager, Visual Studio Database: Oracle Tools: Visual Studio, Visio, MS Office, SVN, Harvest QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE: Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, ADO.NET Some experience with front end UI design preferred Minimum 2-3 years developing backend job processing Minimum 5 years relational database experience with preference for Oracle DB Experience with code management tools and change control processes.
