Job Description o At least 5-10 years of SQL database development experience (non-ademic) with demonstrable experience and fundamental understanding of the core database concepts o Good, in-depth and hands-on knowledge of SQL Server 2012, including but not limited to: stored procedures; synonyms, pointers; indexing; and performance tuning of both hardware and software components o Experience with the following SQL Server technologies will be considered a plus: SSIS; SSRS; SSAS; SQL Server Replication/Clustering o Knowledge of the following will be considered a plus: OLTP, BI, ASP.NET; XML; data structures and collections; caching; and configuration of application servers o Strong knowledge of object oriented development principles, multi-tier web application design and strong relational database principles o A knowledge of the following architecture tools would be considered a plus: UML; Sequence and Activity diagrams, and Microsoft Visual Studio Architecture tools o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English o Should be comfortable interacting with all levels of technical and business resources o Good analytical skills, understanding of project life cycles, and ability to act in an entrepreneurial manner to ensure the software delivered matches the business communities needs. o A business background in Investments and Banking products is required.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
