The ODOT OReGO Program has identified functionality needed for the Road Usage Charge Administration System (RUCAS) to support program operations, executive management and legislative data/report requests, development of program enhancements, data analysis, etc. The scope of work includes tasks associated with system analysis, development and testing of RUCAS functionality; coordination with ODOT staff; and collaboration with the programs technical coordinator, program manager and other program staff for the successful delivery of the project. * Provide analysis and expertise to plan, develop, test and implement Road Usage Charge Administration System (RUCAS) changes. *Incorporate emerging development and security standards as identified by Agency into code development. *Develop and revise application, program and end-user documentation as may be necessary. *Complete unit testing, fix any issues that are identified as part of AppScan (ODOTs web security application that identifies potential risks or weaknesses in the programming code), and participate in Peer Reviews of Contractor developed code as may be necessary. *Support business acceptance testing by providing necessary data and environment information as well as correct any code issues discovered during testing and peer reviews.
