The system currently in development by HHSC Enterprise State staff (when complete) will replace the current system and these positions will be to provide additional development staff for known enhancements, performance improvements and system defect resolution. The on-boarding of these three resources will be split across 90 days to allow for knowledge transfer and transitional set-up. Required Skills: * Application development experience involving enterprise-level IT solutions. * Strong Web Development Skills, including: C#, ASP.NET, LINQ, AJAX, jQuery, JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (inclusive). * Experience and skills in the areas of troubleshooting, application and database performance tuning and problem solving. * Experience performing rigorous testing including coordination with technical support staff for integration testing to ensure quality products before implementation or distribution. * Experience producing clear and concise documentation (technical & customer). * HTTP server configuration: IIS 7 and Database Programming in PL/SQL * Experience with Visual Studio, Toad for Oracle, Oracle SQL Developer, or equivalent. Experience Visual Source Safe, SourceGear Vault, or equivalent and Visual Unit Testing or equivalent * Knowledge of writing stored procedures, triggers, functions and other database objects in Oracle 10g and 11.xxx. * Working knowledge of the requirements and standards associated 508 Accessibility and/or JAWS compliance techniques * Software engineering skills including, Test-Driven Development and Object-Oriented Programming. Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern a plus. * Ability to work in a team environment with minimum guidance and nominal supervision. * Willingness to work flexible hours.
