Second phase – add more complaint types including escalated and complex, not readily resolvable, more info needed, and discussions around providing feedback to the relationship manager based on the solution. Same model where they fill out a form and submit. Wont be resolved but another org will be picked up, etc. Delivered by Mid July 2019. Environment for the candidate to understand: SSIS (not required) Biz talk (not required) Pega – outside scope (MQ interface managed by other devs) Tightly regulated environment so devs need to adhere to standards and expected they can demonstrate their work and how they are implementing. Tech leads will review code.
