The role involves supporting one or more RPA/Blue Prismprojects through all phases of lifecycle. The position brings deep SME knowledge and proven delivery experience across multiple RPA technologies. You will be responsible for conducting requirements gathering sessions with the customers/business usersto understand and document their processes in detail and validating the process details with your customers. You will develop the automated processes using state-of-the-art RPA products (primarily Blue Prism)and deploying them in the customers environment. You will monitor, refine and improve your processes based on customer/user feedback.
