PURPOSE: This scope of work is for Systems Analyst services for the development of new and existing functionalities required to support the FLHealthCHARTS system, Florida Health Performs, Performance Indicators Reporting System, and Strategic Planning Reporting System for the Division of Public Health Statistics and Performance Management, Bureau of Community Health Assessment, Public Health Reporting Section. Contractor will provide these services to the Florida Department of Health (Department). 2. TERM: This scope of work will begin on 7/1/2019 or the date on which the purchase order is issued, whichever is later. It will end at midnight, Eastern Time on 6/30/2020. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: CONTRACTOR/STAFF assigned to this agreement must possess, at a minimum, the following qualifications: 5.1. 4 years of programming experience with site architecture and construction of ASP.net web applications. 5.2. 4 years of experience in technical specifications reviews, providing guidance and feedback. 5.3. 3 years of programming experience working with database structures and design. 5.4. 3 years of programming experience writing relational and OLAP database queries using SQL. 5.5. 3 years of programming experience writing MDX queries to extract data from OLAP cubes. 5.6. 3 years of programming experience with Dundas web controls to extract data from OLAP cubes. 5.7. 3 years of programming experience working with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). 5.8. 3 years of programming experience using C#, VB.net. 5.9. 3 years of programming experience using JQuery and AngularJS in web application development. 5.10. 3 years of programming experience using Logi Analytics Info Studio software including: version 12.5 SP2, Logi Data Hub and Self-Service Module, Atlas, Map, and Dimensional Grid components to design and develop interactive data entry screens, web reports, maps, and dashboards. 5.11. 2 years of programming experience using Visual Studio (2017).   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
