SQL would be required to determine if the database in question could be migrated to the new platform without issue. In addition to the above, this consultant will need to: - Backup existing MS SQL 2008 database and/or update to support running on MS SQL 2019 - Rewrite/create web-based application to replace existing Access 2010 application.
