The project includes .Net MVC web applications with heavy use of JavaScript, jQuery and Kendo UI components. An Oracle/DB2 backend and mainframe application will have to be converted to the web using JavaScript client, ASP.Net MVC/WebAPI, SQL Server and enterprise n-tier architecture. Project Duties include requirements analysis, design, front-end web application development, testing, implementation and mentoring a team in the use of JavaScript, Kendo UI, ASP.NET MVC, C#, AJAX, JQuery and SQL Server. Deliverables include technical documentation, documentation that provides guidance for new developers, agile story estimation and quality code delivery. The person in this position will work closely with the Architect in designing and developing the front end and server side of the web application. Project duties will also include implementation activities such as development of code and technical documentation, story point estimation and mentoring team members. • The candidate must have experience working with Bootstrap and Kendo UI; strong technical mastery of these tools is mandatory. • The candidate should have strong experience working in large teams that follow an Agile development process. • Familiarity with automated testing methodologies and TFS continuous integration is required. • Knowledge of responsive web app development is preferred. • The candidate should have strong communication skills and should be a team player.
