Must have 2 or more years experience in application design and in the development of Database Management Systems in a Windows environment, preferably SQL Server. Must have ability to work independently on projects or help lead part of a team on larger, complex projects. Must be comfortable with learning new computer languages and new skill sets and applying them to develop new and better programs and utilities.
