Understanding of relational database concepts, design processes, testing frameworks, SQL (Select, Insert, Update, Delete, Stored Procedures, Views, temporary tables, indexes). Intermediate understanding of Windows operating systems, IIS, SSIS and Windows Server 2012. Desired: Prior experience developing or supporting CRM software. Experience with automated testing tools and Change Management. Experience with architecture, design and development of CRM software a plus. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
