This is a 6-12+ month, open ended contract opportunity with the potential to hire. The ServiceNow Architect is a senior engineer with the ability to design, develop and deploy secure, sustainable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate must demonstrate a depth of knowledge, experience and passion for digital transformation. The candidate must possess broad enterprise expertise architecting solutions across infrastructure, security, application and cloud platforms. They must be experienced in developing blueprints of how the current and future needs of an organization will be met using the platform and must possess the acumen necessary to connect the dots between business challenges and technology solutions. The Architect is key in ensuring ServiceNow is aligned with the strategic vision and operational initiatives of the organization. They serve as a technical subject matter expert and partner with key resources to develop and build the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of an enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementation Develop and maintain the strategic and technical roadmaps for the ServiceNow platform Create technical documentation describing platform and integration design and configuration Collaborate with implementation partner(s) to design, configure, and build functionality Define and implement governance strategy to protect the integrity of the ServiceNow platform and ensure sustainability as the platform is upgraded and utilization is expanded Ensure compliance with all enterprise and IT standards and policies Partner with technical team and process owners to build/deploy platform functionality Configure, deploy, and maintain MID Servers used for Discovery and integrations Define and document the procedures and workflows used to support the ServiceNow instance Collaborate with other architects to align ServiceNow roadmap with ITs strategic initiatives Assist in the troubleshooting of issues with the platform and integrations as they arise. Develop strategies for data transformation and migration from legacy systems, as needed Requirements Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or 4-6 years equivalent work experience 3+ years ServiceNow development experience and 2+ years Solution Architect Role ITIL v3 or v4 Certification Experience developing on SaaS (Software as a Service) based tools (ServiceNow), with focus on implementing ITIL processes Experience implementing Discovery and configuring MID Servers in an enterprise environment Configuration experience in following modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, KM, Release Management, Configuration Management and Asset Management Extensive knowledge of Front End Technologies: HTML, JSTL, DHTML, JavaScript and CSS, XML, XSL, XSLT Experience integrating external ITSM and technology stack platforms to ServiceNow via multiple methods (REST, SOAP, flat-file, email integrations, etc.) High level of expertise across multiple Infrastructure technologies (Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, SQL, AWS, and more) Experience integrating user authorization and authentication technologies with ServiceNow Works effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Communicates effectively with management and other members of the project Applies innovative technical solutions to solve business problems Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills Proven problem-solving abilities a   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
