Responsibilities include: • Maintain ongoing knowledge of software and hardware environments (including future releases) • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, take appropriate corrective action, interact with IT staff and vendors in performing complex testing, support and troubleshooting functions. Communicate and document findings. • Perform software installation and upgrades. • Monitor system performance and capacity; report changes in usage. • Participate in hardware/software installation, maintenance and support and documentation of hardware/software logs and operating procedures. • Manage security administration and deployments Required Skills: 1. Experience as a Systems Administrator for BI/Analytics systems. 2. Experience in supporting 1 or more of the following products: a. SAS- preferred b. Informatica- preferred c. Cognos- preferred d. Hyperion e. Tableau 3. Basic experience in OS Admin skills (Unix, Windows, Linux)- Mix between all technology. Must be able to connect to a server, start and stop things. 4. Strong oral and written communication skills. 5. Solid time management and organizational skills, and detail-oriented. 6. Must work well independently and in a collaborative team environment. 7. Positive, proactive team player. Desired Skills (not required but candidate will have exposure to these skills in this role): 1. AWS cloud administrative experience. 2.
