Strong scripting capabilities. Experience with Python, Perl and other shell scripting languages. Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies. Experience with automation and orchestration tools, including ansible and puppet. Working knowledge of CI/CD platforms, including Jenkins and Bamboo. Hands on experience with Linux preferred. Experience with security management, auditing methodology, or technology risk assessment. Firewall and Intrusion Detection Management experience. Security Incident Monitoring required Threat management experience required Strong analytical network troubleshooting skills and proficiency with packet capture tools. Ability to perform complex migrations/upgrades and deploy new technologies/features as the network environment evolves. Ability to apply security and networking concepts to emerging cloud solutions, including Azure and AWS Strong fundamentals in Disaster Recovery, Change Management, Logging and Alerting, and Incident Response Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary to support testing, maintenance or emergency activities. Strong written and verbal communication. Expert knowledge of Visio and other visual documentation tools. Ability to communicate fluid and abstract concepts appropriate to audience. Technologies MS Azure network and security concepts, security groups, VNET design, virtual appliances, CIDR, Forced Tunneling, Azure Security Center Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, RIP, MPLS technologies RSVP, LDP, L3 VPN and L2VPN is required. Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure applications such as Active Directory, Exchange, Private Key Infrastructure (PKI), SMTP, DNS, & load balancing. Multi-Layer Switch Network and MPLS Network Design, Routing, Traffic Engineering Management. IPSec Protocol and Compliant Cisco Infrastructure Components (VPN, PIX/ASA Firewall, Routers etc).
