Technical qualifications: - 8+ years of continuous server-side software development experience with exposure to a Software as a Service (SaaS) business model - This is a hands-on, highly technical position for someone who can dive deep, build complex optimized architectures. - Deep knowledge of concurrency, resiliency, caching, HTTP and REST - Strong Experience with NoSQL Databases Redis/DynamoDB - Experience and understanding of EC2, S3, Route53, Beanstalk/Cloudformation - Experience with AWS API Gateway, Beanstalk, Elastic Load Balancer, Kinesis - Experience in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, distributed software systems using Objected Oriented design in Java. - Experience of Java Spring Framework, Message Queues and related tools - Familiarity with using and managing source control tools like Git - Experience with testing tools such as JUnit - Exposure to CD/CI tools - Ability to present technical ideas to clients clearly and deliver demos and proofs of concepts - Gather requirements from business stakeholders and convert that to design and implementation that does not deter performance. - Deep understanding of good software design patterns mixed with a healthy passion for refactoring and keeping things simple Nice to have: - 3+ years of IT Solution Architecture experience - Experience in developing serverless applications using technologies like - Experience in emerging and traditional technologies such as: Java, ReactJS, Docker, Serverless(Amazon Lambda), Maven/Gradle - An advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
