Validate throughput requirements by working with the Performance Engineering team. Align teams designs with larger architecture objectives. Assist team members in design discussions and decisions. Perform code and design reviews with other team members. Develop automated tests using frameworks such as Fitnesse. Work with the support organization to respond and investigate customer issues. Produce documentation for the work done so support and other members of the team understand the changes to the product. Interact with the Quality Analysts to define test plans and test data; identify, reproduce, and document defects; fix and verify defects. Interact daily with the Product Management team to clarify requirements or suggest changes during the implementation of the enhancements. Interact with the User Experience (UX) team to identify, design and implement the user interface portions of the Campaign applications. General skills Must have Java 10+ years of experience AWS 3 year(s) of experience Spring 5 year(s) of experience Languages Must have English Native or bilingual proficiency Experience required Experience required - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Java programming, including client-server and RDBMS layers required. Minimum of 5 years of experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate required. TestNG or other unit testing methodologies required Experience with automated integration testing frameworks (FitNesse, Cucumber, etc) Basic database design required. Experience building multi-tenant SaaS web applications preferred. Agile product development experience required. Ability to collaborate effectively with highly technical and non technical resources in a fast-paced environment required Ability to solve complex challenges/problems and rapidly delivering innovative solutions required Scrum/Kanban (Scrumban) experience desired.
