Day to Day: • The candidate will assist with moving the SQL Server databases from on-premises to the AWS cloud. • Since there are 100 SQL Servers on version 2012, automating the migration process and patching would be ideal. • Assist with the project tooling UDB to SQL. They have a small percentage of UDB with minimal tooling to migrate it. Tech Stack: • Primarily, they have SQL Server 2012 on on-prem moving to AWS. Some IBM UDB. Must Have: • SQL Server DBA experience 2012 and higher • PowerShell scripting for job automation experience • Clear communication and soft skills for training and presentations • Ideal candidate has experience: IBMs DB2 UDB experience (20% of their stack uses this) Strong Plus: • DB2 UDB • High Availability (Always On) environment • Tool experience with migrating DB2 to SQL • AWS, Azure, cloud Additional Notes: The DB2 Universal Database (UDB) is a cross-platform database system developed by IBM.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
