This position resides within Business Processes Record to Report (R2R) application support area of our client, on the Accounting, Banking and Assets Team. The Oracle eBusiness Suite Functional Analyst will be responsible for providing functional business process support to end-users for the Oracle eBusiness Suite (eBS) R12 Financial modules. These modules include: OPM Costing Discrete Costing SLA General Ledger Major responsibilities: Writing and interpreting functional design documents for Oracle add-ons and extensions Experis, formerly known as COMSYS, is currently seeking an EBS R12 functional analyst for a long term production support engagement with a major manufacturing customer in Pittsburgh. This position will be with client Accounting/Banking/Assets team. Job requirements and responsibilities include: - Gathering customer requirements and issues and working with technical developers, DBAs, and Oracle Support to meet these requirements and resolve issues - Performing application configuration set-ups - Performing thorough testing of application changes and adhering to standards and practices that meet Quality Management and ISO standards In addition, consultant will: Develop comprehensive test plans, scripts and cases and perform unit and comprehensive testing with system developers to ensure overall functionality and technical quality of deliverables Trouble shoot technical issues and problems, monitor progress against plan, and communicate status to Leads Candidates must have a college degree and a minimum of 2 years experience working with EBS R12 OPM Costing or Discrete Costing Modules. Must have hands on experience working with 1 of these 2 modules. Experience with GL and or SLA modules would be a big plus. Also, candidate must either live in or be willing to relocate to Pittsburgh for this assignment. Client will not pay weekly travel expenses.
