The Digital Experience Designer: Works with design leadership to develop and implement effective and creative design solutions that meet organizational objectives using a variety of digital design applications, techniques and tools. Will need to be experienced in digital design principles such as visual design, interaction design, prototyping, information architecture or user testing. The Designer creates the interaction and visual design for websites, apps, online ads and other digital products and marketing vehicles. Major Responsibilities Create the interaction and visual design for websites, apps, online ads and other digital products. Work with the Design Leads and a multidisciplinary design team to deliver strategic solutions. Perform visual design, interaction design, prototype, information architecture or user testing. Collaborate closely with Senior User Experience designers to create sitemaps, workflows, annotated wireframes, concepts, prototypes, sketches, and other design collateral. Take direction from and collaborate with Design Leads, researchers and other team members. Under guidance, use design pattern library to create experience designs for products. Required Skills: Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or related field. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or a variety of sitemap, wireframing and prototyping tools Typically requires 3 years of experience in Digital Design or User Experience Design.
