Required • Proficiency with standard web programming languages, including HTML and CSS • Proficiency with graphic design programs, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design • Focus on using web development best practices • Focus on user-friendly and accessible design and interface experience • Ability to operate a personal computer using the Microsoft Office Suite of software under the Microsoft Windows operating system • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to work with a team to manage all aspects of a project Preferred • Proficiency with client-side web programming frameworks and protocols, including JavaScript, jQuery, or Angular • Experience with programming and database languages such as C#, ASP.NET, ColdFusion and Microsoft SQL Server • Experience with Visual Studio, Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Pro and Dreamweaver • Experience working within an Agile, Scrum or Kanban environment The Screening Process: • At least one onsite technical screening with FCDC Enterprise Application Development Manager, Eric Nutt, and any additional members of his team he requires.
