Our team has several strong senior level developers we are looking for someone with real production Rails experience who will be highly influential on the team. This probably means one or more demonstrable production Rails implementations, and more than 5 years of development experience. * Great front end skills. Much of our current team is strong in back-end skills but front-end, not so much. CSS/SASS, javascript/coffeescript, html skills and the ability to work with a designer (and even do some design) would be great. * Comfortable working in an agile model. We are planning a kanban/continous delivery approach, does this sound good to you? * Continuous learner. Probably owns many PragProg books, subscribes to RailsCasts, and PeepCode Has an opinion about what technology trends matter.
