This probably means one or more demonstrable production Rails implementations, and more than 5 years of development experience. * Great front end skills. Much of our current team is strong in back-end skills but front-end, not so much. CSS/SASS, javascript/coffeescript, html skills and the ability to work with a designer (and even do some design) would be great. * Comfortable working in an agile model. We are planning a kanban/continous delivery approach, does this sound good to you? * Continuous learner. Probably owns many PragProg books, subscribes to RailsCasts, and PeepCode Has an opinion about what technology trends matter.
