Description: -As an Agile Coach in Enterprise Cybersecurity, you will be implementing Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organization to promote an agile culture shift. -You must use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation. In order to do this, you must also embody the Agile principles and lead by example. -You are well versed in a variety of methodologies and agile tooling used to implement agile practices & values in an organization. -You focus on developing teams, other Agile Coaches & Team facilitators to use Agile well - including the ecosystem around the team at specific sites. You are an expert in Lean-Agile practices and have chosen a knowledge domain focus (Technical expertise, business or organizational change). You possess significant facilitation skills, some professional coaching skills, and are adept at mentoring and teaching. -You will be committed to our customers - the associates in the ECS ecosystem. We will focus on helping them to achieve success through experimentation and adaptation, working iteratively, and continuous improvement. -You will also be committed to continuous learning and adaptation in your role so you are well versed and well informed in your own role. The Team: You will work in partnership with other Agile Coaches that are part of the Guiding Coalition to bring Lean-Agile practices to ECS.
